Cancellation Policy

Deposit Terms: Required at Booking: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service bill. Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment . Rescheduling Option: If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 12 hours in advance, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, unless otherwise agreed upon, the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book again. Call to discuss before cancelling, exceptions can be made on a case by cases basis. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis. Same-Day Booking Policy (Unscheduled Service Fee): Appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time are considered unscheduled services and will incur an additional service fee on the final invoice. This fee covers the expedited scheduling and operational adjustments required for same-day service. Same-Day Service Fee: Applied to all bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment time. Non-Refundable Deposit: Required at booking and remains non-refundable. Limited Availability: Same-day appointments are subject to technician availability.
